Exercising in the morning.

OMG. i Woke up around 8am today and told myself i was going to exercise today. So guess wat. I did it. And i said today is my wake-up call.

When i exercise today i felt good about it and i told myself today is the day that i take control of my life. Before my Birthday April 10 2011. I will be smaller and healthier. Im determined now. Realizing that something so small can be a good thing will encourage someone. I will continue to become successful and motivate ppl who struggle with this everyday. Lets all just try it one morning and let me know how u feel afterward. Also i found out that im not snacking after i exercise AND eat breakfast...im not hungry 2 or 3 hrs from then. thats crazy. So lets get it done. emoticon

    Good for you! I am less hungry the entire day if I eat breakfast. I used to not eat until about 2pm, thinking it was good for me. Then I'd eat all evening long.

    Working out in the morning was GREAT for me because I got it over with and could enjoy the rest of my day knowing that I had worked out! I had so much energy! Now my schedule allows me to workout in the afternoon.
