Well I ate more than I exercised and had my first five pound up and down.
I normally am able to keep on my plan with planed cheats. I also had a major cold and was not feeling well enough to do anything but move from nap to nap and still sleep all night . But the last couple days have my nights and days mixed up. So I am back to being strict about my choices and plan what I am eating. I find a vegetable omelet satisfies me best. That just means I need to eat some kind of protein in the morning. So I will have breakfast bean only burritos with vegetables and other protein based food with vegetables for breakfast.
Lunch has to be soup and salad only and dinner is one of Chef Meg's versions of my favorite foods.
It takes a little more planning but... It will be worth it.
I also will be able to force myself to go to bed earlier. Therefore get up earlier and walk an hour at the mall and an hour with my friend Esther most days.
Not an overly ambitious plan. Very conservative. But it will work for me .
I am going for feeling what my body is trying to tell me.
I am going to use the planner to describe how my body feels every day.
