Lost 1 pound! Down to 144 :-)

Hopefully as time goes on you will find your body is stronger than when you first started on this getting healthy program.

Minus yesterday and today (because of the foot), this is with exercise daily this past week - usually about a 50 minute workout with a 380-400 range calorie burn, and a calorie restriction kept to roughly about 1200... :-) I might up it to 2 workouts each day if it means I can up my daily calories though lol :-)
If I wound up doing that, I'd of course vary the areas worked each day so diff muscle groups can get some rest in - and either take a day off each week - or turn one of those workout days into more of just a gentle yoga stretching session :-)

    Wow, congratulations! One pound a week is awesome. Multiply that by 52 for a year.... and if you add exercise to what you did the past week.... weight watch out! Good luck on your goals!
