Here we come to save the day!
I am very excited to begin this challenge today. The challenge for the week is to head off to Bangkok. Each minute of exercise counts as a mile towards our journey and each glass of water counts for a mile also.
My plan is to get my full 120 minutes in sometime this afternoon.
As for food - I need to be sure to get a good breakfast (with some fruit and protein!) and at least 1 freggie for each meal. I will check in at the end of the day to post my progress.
