    Love your coping mechanism! I'll have to give this a shot for the upcoming week - chocolate is my huge downfall (and there's still a ton of it in my house, which makes it too easy to go for). Will have to follow your example and make myself go do some form of workout instead, when the junk food cravings hit.

    Hey! Congrats on finding a new coping mechanism. Jillian will definitely help you take your mind off things! I haven't made it through Level 2 yet, but I've done level 1 a few times. I'm tentative to move up, for fear that she'll kill me.... Guess it's time to face that fear, huh?
