Love your coping mechanism! I'll have to give this a shot for the upcoming week - chocolate is my huge downfall (and there's still a ton of it in my house, which makes it too easy to go for). Hey! Congrats on finding a new coping mechanism. Jillian will definitely help you take your mind off things! I haven't made it through Level 2 yet, but I've done level 1 a few times. I'm tentative to move up, for fear that she'll kill me.... Guess it's time to face that fear, huh?
