Seven Daily Goals Report-Day 4

Friday, December 03, 2010

On November 30, 2010, I blogged that I was going to report on my "Seven Daily Goals" every day until I reach my goal weight of 115. Here are yesterday's results:

1 Eat in 1200-1550 calorie range: 1447 calories actual 4/4 days emoticon
2 Walk or walk/run at least 3 miles: 3 mile WATP actual 4/4 days emoticon
3 Eat breakfast: 4/4 days emoticon
4 Eat at least 5 freggies a day: 4/4 days emoticon
5 Drink at least 8 cups of plain water a day: 4/4 days emoticon
6 Track all foods. 4/4 days emoticon
7 Post results of yesterday's eating and exercise in a blog. 4/4 days emoticon

Note: Once again, simply knowing that I was going to report this today made me make sure I did at least a 3 mile WATP yesterday. The floor refinishers were at my house all day yesterday and the place looks like a bomb went off in it due to furniture and books being moved, but the job was completed. They did a great job.

Today, I want to do a "real" run matter what.

My weight is dropping quickly right now. I think it's due to drinking enough water to wash out the salt that I eat. I'll take the drop! I know it will slow down, or go up, but as long as I meet my "seven daily goals," it will go down over time.

Weight history:
Day 1: 11/30/10 132.4
Day 2: 12/01/10 131.6
Day 3: 12/02/10 131.6
Day 4: 12/03/10 130.8

You are amazing. I love your streaks. I love your "it might go up or down" but if you follow your streaks you will be 115!

I'm sad I won't see you on the 12th but maybe we'll work something out!!

I LOVED reading your blog and it gave me lots of good motivation. Keeping your goals doable and tangible is so SMART.

I liked it when you said, "again, knowing I was going to write a blog about my results kept me motivated and accountable to Follow Through. IF I think or know someone is watching me, I am MORE LIKELY TO DO IT!! We are funny creatures, aren't we?

Congrats on your weight loss results. emoticon
