On November 30, 2010, I blogged that I was going to report on my "Seven Daily Goals" every day until I reach my goal weight of 115. Here are yesterday's results:
1 Eat in 1200-1550 calorie range: 1447 calories actual 4/4 days
2 Walk or walk/run at least 3 miles: 3 mile WATP actual 4/4 days
3 Eat breakfast: 4/4 days
4 Eat at least 5 freggies a day: 4/4 days
5 Drink at least 8 cups of plain water a day: 4/4 days
6 Track all foods. 4/4 days
7 Post results of yesterday's eating and exercise in a blog. 4/4 days
Note: Once again, simply knowing that I was going to report this today made me make sure I did at least a 3 mile WATP yesterday. The floor refinishers were at my house all day yesterday and the place looks like a bomb went off in it due to furniture and books being moved, but the job was completed. They did a great job.
Today, I want to do a "real" run outside...no matter what.
My weight is dropping quickly right now. I think it's due to drinking enough water to wash out the salt that I eat. I'll take the drop! I know it will slow down, or go up, but as long as I meet my "seven daily goals," it will go down over time.
