I keep hearing that slow and steady is the way to go. In that case I guess I am doing things the right way. My goal is to be at or under 200 pounds by Christmas. I am not sure that I will reach that goal, but I am steadily losing 1-2 pounds a week. I find myself making better food choices, thinking twice about that sweet snack, parking further away from the door, and trying to move more. While my progress is slower than I would like to see, I cant complain too much as I am still making progress and still going at it. This is the longest i have followed a weight loss plan in my life.
