So, today - for the first time since I joined SparkPeople, I was able to claim the 'Lost 5 pounds' trophy.
I have no idea where those pounds went - I am just happy I don't have them anymore!!
What has been working for me is pretty simple (as a concept anyway - darned difficult to actually DO!)
Pay attention to what I eat, especially how much &
Work my butt off (almost literally) ;o)
The Zumba classes have really made the difference for me. I'm doing anywhere from 3 to 6 hours of seriously high energy workouts each week, having FUN and (finally) losing the weight.
