1. Health, I'm tired of feeling tired.
2. Family I need to be here to see my grandchildren grow up.
3. Family History of heart disease and strokes.
4.The good feeling I get when I know I have logged my food (whether I get it logged into sp or not) and knowing that I have moved to improve myself.
