5 Things that still motivate me

1. Health, I'm tired of feeling tired.

2. Family I need to be here to see my grandchildren grow up.

3. Family History of heart disease and strokes.

4.The good feeling I get when I know I have logged my food (whether I get it logged into sp or not) and knowing that I have moved to improve myself.

    You have set a great example for yourself in writing out your "to do list" and you should feel accomplished for it...Just remember weight loss is done in baby steps and is a lifestyle change not an overnight transformation..GREAT WORK!
