I want to lose weight for several reasons I will list a few, but know there are more.
I know I will:
1. Feel better
2. Wear my clothes better
3. Look so much nicer
4. Be healthier
5. Have more energy
6. Be sexy in my bathing suit
7. Have more confidence in all I do
8. I can get rid of the bigger clothes again for good
9. Have a more organized and stylish closet of nice clothes
10. I may be motivated to do more fun things, since I won't be exhausted
I need to make some changes in order for this to happen. Some things I just do
daily and will continue to do them.
I plan to continue or change if necessary:
1. I will log my points with my healthy food each meal and snack.
2. I will cook and eat whole grain products most of the time. Eat wisely.
3. I will make sure I eat from all food groups for proper nutrition
4. I will remember my 5 a day fruits + veggies.
5. I will exercise at least 5 times a week. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
6. Following the program, motivating others and reading articles of interest.
7. Stay motivated and focused.
8. Don't give in to temptations of food not on my program.
9. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
10.Continue with my three milk products a day.Always remember multiple vitamins
I want to look Fabulous! Trim, no stomach or midriff bulge or flabby upper arms.
I want to feel Amazing because of the hard work I have done.
My future will be so special when I can do the things I have been unable to do.
I will be slimmer, healthier and happier too, I am sure. I know I can do it!!
