I've heard over and over to aid in losing weight replace one meal a day with a soup. So I've found one I love with a little tweaking. I'm eating the blog titled soup and adding broiled shrimp but I think the real clincher is to pour off 3/4 of the broth and add 1/2 can of water which eliminates all that drama with the sodium. It's really delicious too. I know the sodium makes it appealing but I declare these manufacturers really over do it. Whatcha think?????
