OUCH I've done it again

well I have not behaved, i have sabotaged myself again.
the scale is up ,down, up.Seems like I can not help but ruin my good intentions ,there is obviously "trash-talk"going on in my mind without my permission.
soon I give up emoticon emoticon emoticon
Got to fix this somehow
i have not measured since sept. I did this morning and I still measure the same
I need 1 -2 more inches off the waist. .
I also need not to become depressed, it is that time of year for me so there is a double whammy here..
I promise myself and you that I will will keep to my diet, go to gym 6 days per week and do cardio and weights. I will be back with new blog about this january 1st.

Sorry for the ranting got to get it out somehow and in print I am more accountable.
so I will try to be good. emoticon

    I do think december is a hard month in many ways, so easy to get mixed up in expectations and ditues and then it is so dark too!

It is really great if you can manage to go to the gym every day – otherwise three times a week is good enough for keeping up...

I too had a little setback as I have been on plan but seem to have gained a little, started weighing myself, which might turn into an obsession very easy. It immedeately turned my mood for the worse. My life is not my weight... but it feels that way.

    i have just soo been there myself ... been "bad for like the past month and gained back ALL i lost ... i just got back on the wagon this past Monday and thankfully have stayed on track these past 5 day. I'm w/ you - we CAN do it ... i'm so motivated to loose it (at least 10pds) this mo .... will let u know my results by Jan 1 too :)

    I am trying to lose fat around my middle and haven't a clue how to do this. I watch what I eat most of the time, but I don't seem to whittle away the pounds that have accumulated there. Any suggestions? emoticon

    HI darling, please don´t use the word good this way, not even when joking. When you say to yourself that you´ll try to be good it´s the same as saying that you´re bad if you don´t do it, and that does nothing for the losing weight.
When I let go of those words to describe myself, in thinking, my world changed!
YOU ALREADY ARE GOOD whatever the body looks like. You´ll be worth exactly as much as a human when you´ve lost the weight you want to lose as you´re worth today.

I too have the scale-fixation-syndrome, we have to fight it!
