Emotional Eating! (STRESSSSSS)

LATELY MY GOOD EATING HABITS HAVE BEEN FALLING BY THE WAISTSIDE. I AM WHAT YOU CALL A EMOTIONAL OR STRESS EATER. WHEN EVER MY LIFE GETS TO CRAZY, FOOD IS MY DESTRESSER! WELL LATELY SINCE MY HOURS HAVE BEEN CUT AT WORK, I NOTICE THAT MY WEIGHT HAS NOT CHANGED MUCH IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS. THE REASON IS BECAUSE I RELIZE I HAVE BEEN OVEREATING. I USE THE DAILY MENU ON MY NUTRITION TRACKER, BUT I AM ADDING OTHER UNHEALTY FOOD ALONG WITH IT. IT'S CRAZY. :(

    I understand. I have that habit as well. What I found to work is look at what I am overeating on and find a substitute. Love a good candy bar emoticon so I eat a granola bar instead. With ice cream I do emoticon , sugar free popcicles, pudding, etc. There are times when I must have the real thing and that is ok as long as I know I must make a cut someplace else. You will find your rhythm and when you do you will be well on your way to better eating and even no emotional eating. emoticon
