I thought for sure that I would be a little sore from jogging and walking yesterday!! NO way! I felt really good. It would have been even better had I got a good nights sleep/ I was definitely tired today! I rested some. I had plans to strength train, but a dear friend has been having a hard time with her pregnancy, so anotehr friend and I had the blessing to bring her and her family supper. I think it was worth it!!
Looking forward to walking/jogging tomorrow!! Even if it is before church! LOL
Did I mention, that since Sunday I have stayed within my calorie range??!! I have even had to MAKE myself eat more yesterday!! LOL
