I ate the giant cookie from Panera. 13 points on WW. I am not going to beat up on myself. I was stressed (Dad's in the hospital) and tired. Too weak to resist it. Will just have to make better choices for the rest of the day. O point fruits and veggie soup. I see some kickboxing in my future for this evening.

It's ok, I have not failed, I am not defeated! emoticon

    Looks like you already know the NEW Weight Watcher program... I have to wait until tomorrow. 13 points for a cookie??? I would have fainted dead away (from extacy!!) I use to regularly eat a small can
of chilly (before WW) iit was 28 points!!! OMG no wonder I weighed over 230!
You have a good handle on your long term eating .. good attitude just keep on trying.

    the cookie could have been good for you, sparingly and accompanied by diet and exercise a cookie(even a big one ) is a treat. and you know what? its ok ! was it good?=]
