Ok, something to know about me: Things rarely capture my attention for very long. That's I believe is why I am so sporadic with the fitness and the logging/blogging. I tried 30 day shred an got bored after 2 weeks. I'll go to the gym, get bored after about 2 weeks. I know consistency is the key. When I have been consistent, I have gotten very good results. I'd like to work out with a buddy, but I don't have anyone near me with a schedule , so I guess that leaves it to me. I am really into Shiva Rea yoga right now. I record her shows on Fit TV and do them when I get home. I like it because I can go at my own pace, on my own schedule. She also keeps her flows interesting. I just ordered Zumba so I'm excited about that. I have always loved to dance, and still do. I just can't afford Zumba classes and a babysitter to watch my son while I'll go. So I guess this is the next best thing. Wish me luck!!!

    Keep it up...and if two weeks is your boredom threshold...switch it up every two weeks. Throw some walking outside in...the scenery is always changing...listen to your favorite music while you're at it. Work with who you are.
