Needing a kick in the rear

I feel really bad that goals that I've set have not been kept on a daily basis. Feeling like I'm letting my team down and myself. I'm trying to pull up my boot straps and get with the program for these last 5 weeks of the challenge. I'm hoping to lose 2 lbs a week so I can at least get a few lbs off of me that I evidently gained over the last few weeks. I don't know how but I have. So, here's to trying to keep it clean and within healthy boundaries!

    Hey Shani! Been thinking about you and glad to see you surface emoticon

    Try not to be too hard on yourself - there were holidays, you had a trip in there....all of these things can conspire to throw a wrench into thing, despite our best intentions and desires. Personally, I am one tired mama today and feel like crawling into a hole for a few days! Happens to everyone.....

    I'm about to visit our shared team and post my goals for the rest of the week. Let's leave the past where it belongs and get on with it, shall we? emoticon

    I think that during the holidays its hard for everyone to stay on track, not only do you have the normal craziness but I know for myself when it starts getting colder I feel my motivation slip. Its much toastier to be home curled up with a blanket than working out :o) We can do it though and it will all come together!! Best of luck to you!!
