Look Good Naked 2 day Cleanse

I ran across this on Women`s Health and I need this to undo the damage.

Breakfast:Smoothie
1cup skim(or soy,almond,rice)milk
1cup berries(I use frozen)
1tsp peanut butter
1cup ice
add a dash of cocoa powder.blend and enjoy

snack:
1cup sliced cucumbers
1cup green tea

lunch:
steamed or raw greens(romaine,spinach,endive,
bok choy etc)
4 oz lean protein
2tsp oil(olive,sunflower)

snack:
10 asparagus spears
1 cup green tea

dinner:
steamed or raw greens
4 oz lean protein
2tsp oil

be creative with the oil.Whisk it witha tsp of vinegar and some herbs for a vinaigrette,use it to sautethe chicken,fish or beef,or mix in some spices and use it as a rub on your meat.

Be sure to followthe menu exactly for both days.
