Workout Soundtrack

Monday, November 29, 2010

So, I thought that I would put in the soundtrack that I've been walking to every night. I follow the beat of each song, and the placement of the songs are such that a fast song is usually followed by a slower song. Yes, this is a soundtrack that I use when writing about a certain character, but it worked so well for fitness that I've sort have adopted it as something to strive for.

Bleach Opening 1 - Astericks
Welcome to the Black Parade - My Chemical Romance
Demons - Dogstar
Across the Sky - Emilie Autumn
Over my Head - Lit
Black Roses Red - Alana Grace
Heroes - Masterplan
Show me What I'm Looking For - Carolina Liar
Cherry Blossoms in Winter - Yoshida Brothers
We Are - Ana Johnson
He Lives in You - Lebo M
Kings and Queens - 30 Seconds to Mars
Mad Season - Matchbox 20
Trouble - P!nk
Heaven's Not Enough - Steve Conte
Through the Fire and Flames - Dragonforce
The Promise - Tracy Chapman
Land of Confusion - Disturbed
Best of You - Foo Fighters
New Divide - Linkin Park
How Far We've Come - Matchbox 20
Arise - Flyleaf
In Flames you Burn - Masterplan
Torn - Natalie Imbruglia
Fields of Sorrow - Circle II Circle
Climb On - Danielle Young
I Will Believe - Nichole Nordeman
By This River - Yoshida Brothers
Headbanger's Ballroom - Masterplan
10,000 Stones - Adrianne

This is approximately 6 miles at an average speed of 2.5. Some songs are way more challenging than others. At the moment, I get really winded at Through the Fire and Flames, but that's a goal of mine. :)
