Where did the week go? I can't believe I haven't written since Thursday. Well a lot has happened to me.
1) I am now down about 18 lbs since I started November 1st
2) I've started feeling a muscle where I didn't feel it before
3) I'm planning my meals in advance again
one thing I'm not doing is weighing everything I eat.
I've decided if it has few calories I'm not going to bother so for the lunches I've bade for the next few days I didn't weigh the
Baby Spinach or the Lettuce salad mix
I did weigh the Feta cheese (1 oz) and I will be weighing the chicken I'm putting on it (3 oz)
After making the dinner I noticed I had a lot of "leftovers" so I made a salad for my parents.
It's just baby spinach, chopped celery, chopped carrots, grape tomatoes, feta cheese and apple.
I hope they like it.
