The New Weightwatchers Program

Sunday, November 28, 2010

On Monday, November 29 Weightwatchers here in the United States rolls out their new program. I am really excited and eager to find out what is new and different about it. I did WW quite successfully a few years back- lost 40 lbs- and stayed on maintenance for almost 4 years. That was great till I had my thyroid removed. I have gained some of it back, although not all of it. It seems this past year, I have either just become lazy about the diet thing or apathetic about the whole thing.

I'm going to give this a try again. The program I tried in September was working, but I quit it for some reason. I do think I benefit from the group meetings, and paying (cause you know I want to get my money's worth!) Meetings in my town are on Wednesdays so I have to wait for then, but I am looking forward to it.

Thanks for listening emoticon

I saw something about the new program this morning on TV. I think all fruit is now "free" like non-starchy vegetables are, but they said some food points will rise.
Best of luck to you.

Here's to you and good luck w/their new program. I'm not familiar with it, but I have tried them in the past and it worked until I quit. I hope everything works out! Tanya
