I remember being awesome with the jump rope. I could do all sorts of tricks. Now I can't even jump 3 times in a row without messing up. I kept at it though, holy cow exhausting! I think I must have gotten at least ten minutes before I collapsed.
I even tried out some moves with the fitness ball. Then I did a 10 minute cardio video from the tv.
I found a team that is 4 weeks of cardio 10 minutes/day. I am hoping that will help with my motivation problem.
