starting again-ish

i have been dithering around actively with the spark website again since the semester started, and i think now i am ready to really make another go of it. hoping to make some improvements in impulse control - specifically less smoking and drinking would be helpful. my big challenge to myself right now is just to stay consistent for a week with whatever i choose to do toward my goals.
