Improvement needed, but that's OK

After two days of entering my nutrition - honestly - I was faced with the fact that I eat a lot more calories than I think I do!! I eat too many snacks, and those late night nibbles really do add up when you actually count them emoticon. What also adds up is giving myself a pass on tracking for Thanksgiving, but letting that pass become 3 days. I look back and think that using the 3 days of company as an excuse for a free-for-all is all part of that "diet mentality" that I have to lose. The mentality that if you can't account perfectly for calories/your diet plan/etc... you should just give up and start over the next day.

So noted, moving on, and celebrating the successes of the week: I tracked very honestly for a couple of days, I worked out, and I made a point to do my own "Turkey Trot 5K" on Thanksgiving morning (since I couldn't make it to an actual 5K). I'm also back on track to finish out the weekend. ONWARD!
