Wow this is my first blog EVER! How behind times am I??
So anyways I didn't wake up early enough to work out this morning, so that means I have to do it this evening. I am going to try and increase my cardio time from 25 minutes to 30 on the elliptical and then I will do some strength training. I hate cardio but really enjoy lifting weights; although I have noticed that cardio is getting a little bit easier.
Anyways... I can't really think of too much to write, but Spark People is a really awesome site! It definitely is helping me to commit to exercising and eating right.
