November Goals FINAL UPDATE

My goal was to Lose 5-7lbs and Work out at least 4x a week

STARTING CHALLENGE WEIGH-IN Oct. 29: 291.8

(Nov. 5) Wk 1 : 240 mins Weigh-in = 290.6 (-1)

(Nov 12) Wk 2: 190 mins Weigh-in = 287 (-3)

(Nov 19 week before Thanksgiving)Wk 3: 213 mins Weigh-in = 284.4 (-3) YAAY I MET MY MONTHLY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL

(Nov 26 day after Thanksgiving) Wk 4: 126 mins Weigh-in = 285 (+1) BUT I STILL ACCOMPLISHED MY MONTHLY GOAL!!!



FINAL WEIGH-IN = 285

TOTAL WEIGHT/POUNDS LOST DURING THESE 4 WKS = -6lbs

Saturday = 60 walk/butt and thigh workout/strength

Sunday = 60 walk/butt and thigh workout/strength

Monday = rest

Tuesday = 30 bootcamp

Wednesday = 40 walk and bootcamp

Thursday= 50 Elliptical, jogging, walking, stationary bike, bootcamp
