On Monday I started trying to eat clean and did very well with cooler 1 , but I did stray yesterday check it out:
I ate my oatmeal as always and water, my morning snack was lots of raw veggies and water. For lunch I took my own baked sweet potato w/1tsp raw honey and 1Tbs walnuts and of course turkey breast,a serving of healthy cooked collards. Then ate 1 Tbs of everything else (dressing, broc cass, cranbry sauce, mac&cheese & 1 homemade whole wheat roll)
Did I eat totally clean? no.
Am I proud of myself? yes.
For the first Thanksgiving I can remember I got up from the table and did not have to drag myself to the nearest couch. Back to eating clean
PS: I had plenty of energy to shop..
