    Chinese is different.
Our senior's group do Chinese for their Christmas luncheon because they feel we get turkey'd out during the season.
For our American friends, that would be at least 2 turkey feasts within 4 weeks. At least we have 8 weeks between our 2 feasts.
Watch the salt (sodium) though in the Chinese food.
    Have a blessed day.
    Happy Thanksgiving

I won't be making any stuffing either to go with the turkey. Six people don't need mashed potatoes, yams AND stuffing. That to me is gluttony. But I prefer our menu to yours. Hope you enjoy it.

There is not stuffing or anything else from the Thanksgiving feast I had because I left it all for others! Including my tray of vegetables.
