A strange thing has been happening to me. I wake up early and I actually want to exercise. I usually walk for 15 min first thing in the morning and then do several 10 min walks through out the day. I have a 3 week streak of walking 30 min a day and a 23 day streak of 10 min a day. Even when I was not feeling well I got my 30 min. in. I love it.
