NO DIET SODA, EVER, AGAIN. Today I drank a 20 ounce diet soda with my lunch, and it made me feel sick--I found some saltine crackers in my desk and ate some to try to settle my stomach. I have been drinking mostly water and iced tea lately so I guess my body is not used to the artificial sweeteners, etc. It did not sit well. Yuck. So have you ever felt sick from drinking diet soda? Do you have an alternative when you want an interesting beverage to give your taste buds something different?
