On Saturday night we went to a Christmas party with a buffet and dance. My plan - I will eat what I want, I will not go for seconds, I will have some wine, I will have fun and I will dance. Seeing some foods I have not eaten for a long time, such as white buns and pickles didn't tempt me (nice surprise), but I tasted most of the other things. When the music started hubby and I danced and danced - 2 hours! I weighed in this morning and I am down .4 pounds from Saturday AM. It may not seem like a lot but I am happy to see it trending in the right direction as the holidays start.
