Keep Moving

Yes, my slip yesterday led to a full-on, no holds barred, unadulterated binge of epic proportions. Over 5,000 calories.


I am not going to say "never again" because you know what? It probably will happen again. What I will say is that I won't let this stop me. I may be moving at a "one step forward, two steps back" pace right now but I am confident I can transition that into a "two steps forward, one step back" and then simply "three steps forward" as I long as I keep moving.

So I tracked the calories. I tallied up what I ate. I didn't hide from it or say, "well, I blew it - failure again!" I simply calculated it. Accepted it. And now I'm ready to take another step forward.

    Good for you, I really like your attitude. You haven't given up or thrown in the towel. Keep on moving forward and next time when you come up to that binge spot in the road, take a short detour around it. You are doing great, Keep up the good work!
