Boy did I have a rough week! Tuesday was highly emotional, bringing to mind the first 40 years of my life...The good, the bad and the ugly!. I also wasn't able to get to my spin class as often as I needed to. This coming week I will be in NJ visiting with my sister and two brothers. I can't wait!! But, again, I probably won't be able to fit in much fitness.
