The best thing

Yoga has been the best thing to happen to me in recent years. It's been 8 weeks of 2.5 hours a week, and I feel 10 years younger.

My instructor Jeremy is a real inspiration. He knows how to encourage the class but at the same time, push us to go beyond what we've done before. I feel so thankful for the community Y and instructors like him.

Yay for yoga!

    When I am able to get up off the floor unassisted, I may give Yoga a whirl. I'm glad you are loving it and it is doing likewise.

    I agree wholeheartedly. I've started doing yoga less than 2 months ago and I only do 1 session a week, but still, I can feel the benefits. For me it's definitely the missing link. (Or at least one of them... :))
