Hello, I am back ,sort of!!

Not sure what a blog is but will try treating it like a journel.I have been out of touch with this site for a long time.Got spammed and had to create a new e mail address but found my "sites"on the internet were still the same ,I am glad because I had forgotten how many sites I belonged to.Anyway,found this site and decided to write in my journel. I have lost some weight BUT not by exercising just eating less.We travel a lot and I really don't like to exercise but have still managed to lose several pounds.Husband has severe COPD and he doesn't exercise very much ,in the winter not at all but he has lost about thirty pounds just by slowly dieting and eating less high fat foods and sugar things(he is also a mild diabetic)He did get quite ill several months ago and I think he lost several pounds that way.He has only put back on a couple of lbs and is trying to get that off by eating less.So far so good,I realize that exercise would really help but neither of us are motivated.Anyway,we struggle on and are doing a little bit better.
