Well I learned without proper stretching you feel the burn the next day. Yesterday at work I wanted to work out between sets of paper work so for 15 mins or so off and on I pushed back my chair and did squats at my desk however I forgot to stretch before hand. between that and walking the office and shop for most of the day my thighs are feeling the burn today. So my thought don't forget the stretch you will not like yourself later if you don't.
