So, tonight i am going to st out my periodic goals.
I have been meaning to do this but i just haven't been bothered but as my weight went a bit up and then back down i think i need to. I have also been learning over these past few weeks how my eating patterns effect my weight. I had a great plan that i would have one day off and use my intake for take out - that didn't work BUT i think i know why. I had done everything correctly i knew how much i was eating and all that stuff but i went about it the wrong way, I had figured that as i was going to have a big meal i should do a liquid fast the day before. This I am sure is what threw my weight up, also at this time i had taken 3 days out of my usual work out schedule Silly silly girl.
So now here i am laying out my plan and my goals, the rewards are gonna be to good for me to fail also not forgetting the fact that my long distance boyfriend will be coming to live in my city in December some time before Christmas.
So my weight now is ....... 158
Goal 1 - 154 .......... Reward -
Goal 2 - 147 .......... Reward
Goal 3 - 140 .......... Reward -
Goal 4 - 133 .......... Reward -
Goal 5 - 126 .......... Reward -
Goal 6 - 119 .......... Reward -
Okay so i have been sitting here thinking of what to reward myself with and i cant think of ANYTHING cause things like getting my nails done buying make up are things i do regularly SO i have thought of foods i would really really like and i am going to have those as my rewards, maybe it will take it longer to get from goal to goal but i think i will be happier getting to them. If anyone has any better ideas PLEASE PLEASE let me know
Okay just thought about it again i iono
I need rewards I know imma feel SOOOO good
maybe i dont need rewards just goals ????
