Although there is no perfect time to start losing weight or getting healthier, I should have known that my success would be drastically impaired by my lack of routine during the last few months. I have a feeling that will change coming next week.
New plan:

-New part-time job.
~~~30 hours per week.
-Two dogs that love to make me run at least twice a day. :)
~~~3 miles per run.
-Whey protein, and new BlenderBottle to make it easy.
~~~16-32 oz per day.
-Five meals/snacks throughout the day. Four out of five vegetarian/vegan.
~~~100-300 calories per meal/snack.
-Regular sleeping hours.
~~~10-11 pm to 5 am.
