    It will get easier, i promise you!
    I remember trying the 30 day shred for the first time, i was like... really?!?
    Now i fly through those workouts and usually add on another video or more cardio afterwards. But you will see results, that's for certain.

    Hang in there! Just do as much as you can each day. At the end of the 30 days, you can go back to the beginning and do it again -- and it'll be so much easier. Every bit helps!

    Do not give up. You may have to do half until you do not hurt so much. Then do a little more until you can day the whole thing. emoticon
