Drink, drink, drink... pee, pee, pee...
Due to stress these past few weeks, I've found myself falling into my old binging habits. Nothing like it was in the past... but I can see how easily I could fall back into those old ways.
So to try to keep myself in check, I didn't buy anything that I could easily start binging on...
On Monday, without anything I really like/crave in the house, I tore through the cabinets and ate things that I didn't even like. NOT GOOD.
So, I'm going back to doing what I did to originally stop binging - DRINK WATER.
So, for the past 3 days I've eaten within my calorie range, only at scheduled meals (planned out in the morning so I know what and when my meals are) every 2.5 - 3 hours.
When I feel the urge to snack during the day, I down a couple gulps of water. Hoping to keep this up all through the holidays so that I can meet my goal of being in the "over weight" range on the BMI chart by New Years day.
Gotta go fill my water bottle... AGAIN! (and hit the bathroom while I'm up!)
