update on my progress

Three weeks into the weightloss program and I am still feeling good about it. Down 14lbs. yah me!!!! I try to workout everyday. I have only missed two days so far, however on tue and thur I do both curves and the curves circuit with Zumba. I feel like I need all the extra Cardio that I can get. Looking forward to new measurements after Thanksgiving.
