Im in a slump.

I have been really tired lately and I find I have had a very hard time getting up on
Monday thru Wednesday to work out. I have been working out 4 days a week but not my usual 6. I end up doing my workout Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which makes Monday my rest day then I dont manage to do another workout until Thursday and my diet is not good. I have been craving sweets and it is hard to say no. I have pretty much maintained my weight but I need to get out of this slump because I have not lost all the weight I want to lose yet. Wish me luck. emoticon

    Dont be discouraged, we all slip a little at times.

    If you simply cannot manage your full work out, force yourself to go for 10 minutes of activity, that's an easy target to reach.

    Sometimes getting started is the hardest step to take, once you start you'll be back in your routine in no time.

    good luck and emoticon . it is tough especially when you are craving sweets. refocus...get out an old picture or whatever gets your blood moving and stay positive. the end result will so be worth it
