I have been really tired lately and I find I have had a very hard time getting up on
Monday thru Wednesday to work out. I have been working out 4 days a week but not my usual 6. I end up doing my workout Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which makes Monday my rest day then I dont manage to do another workout until Thursday and my diet is not good. I have been craving sweets and it is hard to say no. I have pretty much maintained my weight but I need to get out of this slump because I have not lost all the weight I want to lose yet. Wish me luck.
