I so love swimming at the YMCA in the mornings. But this morning was exceptional!! I sat on the side of the pool, put my flippers on ( they slipped right on as I have lost some weight), put my ear plug in, put my goggles on and I was off! I was able to swim five laps without takings a small rest!! I just love how my body feels so fluid in the pool. I swam 13 laps in twenty-five minutes. I had a great workout. I just love starting out my day in that pool!!!
