Well today was not as great as other days, but still stayed within calories, exercised, spoke to friends and lost another pound :)
- Calories = 1394 (just got in under my 1400 calorie limit, I did use most of them on carbs, dry coco pop rocks to be exact. Gosh I love them!!! I do feel heavier today because of them but I didn't go over my limit... So success!! and hopefully they don't stay with me for my weigh-in in the morning)
- Exercise = 48mins on the stationary bike (23.2kms). It wasn't as much exercise as normal but it was something eh?!
- Friends = x3
- Weight = 145lbs (Hope for another loss tomoz, if not a stay the same weight)
Will do better tomoz :)
