I feel real tight...and I'm not talkin about my ass!!!
I've been working out regularly, and taking pretty darn good care of myself. And yes, I DO stretch after I work out...however maybe not enough?
Every morning I wake up, and I walk around like an old lady. Everything hurts, and just feels...tight.
Do any of you have a good morning routine to recommend to get my body going for the day? I think I need to do some stretches or yoga or something....but it needs to be easy, and quick. Any suggestions?
