    I know exactly what you mean! It's a little hard to do basic stuff like that when your butt and thighs get in the way!! I can, however, usually when a bet when I tell people I 'can' literally kick my own ass, when I throw my foot back there I can now. haha I need to do that more often.

    You'd love yoga. You are never too big for it, I don't think. Wait, there ARE positions I have to modify to allow for pudge (aka fat) but it feels to me like exercising yourself OUTWARD, as opposed to other exercises that feel (to me) like from the outside IN. Plus, it twists and helps your internal organs and digestion, etc. I love my Yoga booty Ballet b/c it mixes it all up a bit, warm/up, ballet strength moves (for your booty), dance moves with weights, then yoga, abs, cool down and yoga meditation.

    The small things are always the most exciting like being able to grab your foot to balance. Congratulations on all of the things you have accomplished. I am not sure where I was to post that I had done the challenge so I will just let you know I have posted mine.
