I am so annoyed with SP...I have to dig and dig to find blogs even though I'm subscribed to people, I missed this. I was thinking about you all weekend, sending you prayers (and vibes! haha)

ah the fruit juice mixed with cottage cheese is my favorite part of that snack--haha! But you have inspired me to try it with grapes since I like them too!
I know surgery is stressful but you will be ok! I've been through a couple of 'em too so know just how you feel-prayers for you also from Nebraska! Best wishes!

How do you eat the grapes and cottage cheese? I never got into the fruit and cottage cheese thing myself so I wonder if I would like it?
Good luck with your surgery, I know you'll be fine but it's always a point of stress.

You are going to be just fine. It's great that you have been able to eat right and stay on track while you are under this kind of stress.

You are in my prayers and I look forward to seeing your return at Spark People.
