Today I went to the gym twice. Why? Because I wanted to make at least 10,000 steps for my step goal.
I went the first time and walked 33 minutes, then went back a little later and walked 45 minutes. This put me over my 10,000 step goal and since the night was young, the rest of my steps are icing on the no-calorie cake ;)
I didn't exhaust myself or try to do too much. It's getting cold outside and I wanted to walk indoors rather than taking another stroll outside in the cold.
Sooooo... is that being obsessive?
