When I started on Spark it seems like it didn't take long for me to get into the hang of eating 1200 calories a day. Some days it even was hard to get that much in.
Fast forward 2 months. I start c25k & am working out 7 days a week.
Fast forward 3 more months. I start Chalean Extreme & up my running to 11 miles a week. Change workout days to 6 days.
Fast forward an additional 3 months. Still doing CLX & running 11 miles a week. I am eating about 1600-1900 calories a day, still taking 1 rest day & I FELL LIKE I AM STARVING. So, I'm lifting heavy & running. What should I be eating?
I wanted to lose 3 lbs by the end of the month. I put that in my Spark goal. My calorie range went back down to 1200-1500 per day. I do not know that I can make it on 1500.
Did I just have a couple of days of splurging & that make my brain go back to the old way of thinking that I want to eat 1600+ a day? Or do I require more than 1600?
I do still have plenty of fat that can be burned off my rear. I want to lose a few more lbs. Do I cut the calories? (oh, Lord, I don't know that I could survive)
Why is this getting me upset, like I could cry? Because I want to lose a few more but I don't want it enough to be miserable in the process.
My nutrition & exercise is open for all to see. My nutrition is a little embarrasing. Yes, I know I eat junk & need to eat healthier, but any advice you want to give me will be very welcomed. I probably need a lot more protien & less sugar & less white carbs.
I just read Mezzoangel's blog about how she had her Body Pod test done & she's lost muscle because running is eating her muscle. Is this what's wrong with me?
PS: I've gained 3 lbs in the last month.
