Are there things you can do now that you could not do before?
What is your favorite workout? (feel free to demonstrate on your vlog!)
What new kinds of workouts do you want to try?
What elements of your fitness do you still want to improve? Flexibility, endurance, strength, others?
Any long-term fitness goals?
